Babysitter & Pet Sitter Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 24 hours you are subject to the cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made via telephone to the Home Run Sitters office during business hours (9a–5p MST). Cancellations made outside of office hours are subject to a $52 fee per day. If the client cancels after the assigned sitter has arrived the client is responsible to pay the sitter in full for hourly minimum booking. We are delighted that you have chosen Home Run Sitters, LLC ("HRS") for your childcare needs. By submitting a sitter request form you have agreed to pay the specified rate for childcare as well as any fees related to the cancellations of childcare appointments within 24 hours of any such appointment.
Event sitter cancellation policY
Home Run Sitters LLC is very flexible in terms of time changes and aims to help make your event as smooth as possible. However, once your sitter(s) are booked and confirmed, we require at least 72 hours notice to cancel and to avoid the $150 cancellation fee per day. Please make all cancellations by telephone through our office at 813.575.2132 during our normal business hours (9a–5p MST). Emailed cancellations will not be accepted. We are delighted that you have chosen Home Run Sitters, LLC for your event childcare needs. By submitting a sitter request form you have agreed to pay the specified rate for childcare as well as any fees related to the cancellation of event childcare appointments within 72 hours of any such appointment.
As you probably already know, HRS requires each of its contractors to go through a background check, but please do not hesitate to contact us with any complaints and/or suggestions. Communications about, related to or in connection with any childcare provider booked by HRS should be directed to email@example.com. We encourage regular feedback on each and every child and pet care provider to ensure open communication and quality service. In the event that you are dissatisfied with an HRS child and/or pet care provider in any way we will make note in your file and find a new sitter that better meets your needs. While we try and honor all requests for a certain child and/or pet care provider, HRS cannot guarantee the availability of such providers due to their previous bookings with other HRS families. We hope you will understand.
This is a service business and all gratuity is appreciated but not required. Furthermore, we have made great efforts to build such a great team of child and pet care providers. Please do not offer to pay our child and pet care providers directly or take other actions to exclude HRS from any client/provider relationship as this is in direct conflict with such provider's agreement with HRS and could potentially jeopardize such provider's relationship with HRS.
